DIY Chicken Tractors is an online resource that sells chicken tractor plans. They honestly have the most unique design of any that we have seen on the market. The chicken tractor shown in this review has capacity for up to six chickens. The design comes with the attached chicken run, a hen house, a nest, and a unique method of building chicken roosts inside the hen house. By definition, this is a movable chicken coop. A chicken tractor is basically a chicken coop on wheels so that it can be moved more easily around the yard. This particular chicken tractor is good for a fence line or along the side of the house. It moves relatively easily back and forth. It's wheels do not turn so it would still need to be lifted to move side to side. Overall though, this design is a conversation piece! Obviously, it can be painted in your colors, if you like. It might be a cool idea to paint it in your favorite sports team colors (and name your chickens appropriately as well!).
